Is it worth upgrading my old laptop instead of buying a new one?
Often, yes. A laptop with a slow hard disk and 4GB RAM usually becomes fast with an SSD and more RAM, for a small part of what a new laptop costs. If the processor is too old or the body is damaged, we will tell you. Our guide on making an old laptop fast again explains how to decide.
Do you give a warranty on the work?
Yes. Warranty terms for parts and work are written on every GST invoice.
Do you support laptops of all brands?
We support laptops and desktops of all common business brands, including Lenovo, HP, Dell, Asus and Acer.
Can you fix computers at our office?
Yes. We diagnose and fix on site where possible, and take the machine to our workshop only when a part needs bench work.
